fill in – International Jazz Festival Saar ist das Jazzfestival in der Großregion. An drei Tagen spielen vom 26. bis zum 28. Juni 2026 Legenden, Weltstars des Jazz und aufstrebende Talente im E-WERK in Saarbrücken. Los geht es bereits am Abend des 25. Juni mit einem Eröffnungsreigen am St. Johanner Markt.The festival kicks off on the evening of 25 June 2026 at St. Johanner Markt with an opening night, during which students and graduates of the jazz programme will transform St. Johanner Markt, with its pubs, bistros and restaurants, into an open-air jazz club.

Mit Fahrrad, Bus und BahnSt. Johanner Markt is located in the heart of Saarbrücken and is easily accessible by bike and public transport.
Mit dem AutoEine Anreise mit dem Auto empfiehlt sich in der Innenstadt nicht., da der St. Johanner Markt auch nicht per Auto erreichbar ist. Werr es dennoch wagen möchte, sollte über die A620 anreisen und über die Wilhelm-Heinrich-Brücke oder die Bismarckbrücke anfahren.
ParkenInexpensive parking spaces are rare in the city centre. There are car parks at Galerie Kaufhof, Schillerplatz and the town hall. Car parking spaces are also available in Franz-Josef-Röder-Straße. A short walk across the Old Bridge will bring you quickly to the market.

Mit dem Bus und der SaarbahnThe E-Werk is part of the Saarbrücken fare zone (Großwabe 111). The nearest bus stops are:
• Haltestelle „Bahnhof Burbach“: Diese Haltestelle wird von den Buslinien 101, 102, 108, 122, 151 bedient.
• Haltestelle „Hochstraße“: Diese Haltestelle wird von den Buslinien 101, 102, 108, 122, 129, 151 und N14 bedient.
• Haltestelle „Westpark“ (direkt vor dem E-Werk): Diese Haltestelle wird von den Buslinien 108, 129 und RS bedient.
After the festival, shuttle buses will run from E-WERK to the ‘Rathaus’ stop at 10:30, 11:00 and 11:30 pm.
Mit dem AutoTake the A6 and A623, turn right onto Camphauser Str. and Ludwigskreisel towards Rodenhof via Grülingstraße, take the first exit at the first roundabout, then the third exit at the next roundabout onto Europaallee.
