fill in Berlin
9 October 2026
Every October, Berlin hosts “Jazz in den Ministergärten”. Seven state representations of German federal states in Berlin’s Ministerial Gardens have joined forces to present an evening of top-class jazz music. Since 2024, fill in – International Jazz Festival Saar has been curating the programme for the Saarland State Representation to the Federal Government.
Since 2016, the seven state representations of Brandenburg, Hesse, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland and Schleswig-Holstein have been organising an annual jazz evening in mid-October that showcases the rich jazz scene in these federal states.
Since 2024, fill has been organising the programme for the Saarland State Representation. In 2024, the Gilles Grethen Quartet and the Niklas Müller Loop Trio performed there, and in 2025, Lindyana and the Jomila Band came to Berlin.
