Die Karten werden vermittelt \u00fcber die Online-Verkaufsplattform von Reservix GmbH, Humboldtstr. 2, 79098 Freiburg (nachfolgend \u201eReservix\u201c genannt).<\/code><\/pre>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-3\">1. scope of application<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as \u201cGTC\u201d) apply to the sale of tickets for fill in &#8211; International Jazz Festival Saar 2026. In addition, the GTC of the agent Reservix apply. All tickets are always sold in the name and on behalf of K8.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-4\">2. contract between customer and K8<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By purchasing a ticket, a contract is concluded exclusively between the customer and K8 with regard to attending the event. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-5\">3. warranty claims of the customer (cancellation, postponement, etc. of an event)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. If a concert evening cannot take place due to severe weather, the tickets remain valid and can be exchanged for concert evenings at fill in &#8211; International Jazz Festival Saar 2027. In the event of a change in the lineup or program, tickets will not be exchanged or refunded.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">4. ticket sales at the box office<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remaining tickets will be sold at the box office from 120 minutes before the start of the event. A box office surcharge of \u20ac5.00 per ticket will be charged.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">5. verification of discount certificates<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Persons who purchase a discounted ticket must present appropriate proof at the admission control. Employees of K8 or persons commissioned by K8 to carry out admission control may check these documents. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">6. image, video or sound recordings <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The concertgoer agrees to the possible depiction of his\/her person in the context of a concert recording. Image, video or sound recordings are generally not permitted.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">7. \u2018Friends recruit friends\u2019 campaign<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any private individual resident in the Saarland who recruits a customer resident outside the Saarland is eligible to participate. The referrer will only receive a 30% discount on his\/her own ticket(s) after purchasing a ticket for one or more concert evenings at the fill in &#8211; International Jazz Festival Saar. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A valid recommendation is only possible by contacting the e-mail address: freunde-werben@fillin-festival.de and by providing the postal address of the two persons concerned. Paper applications, verbal recommendations or subsequent recommendations without using the email address freunde-werben@fillin-festival.de will not be accepted. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The advertiser may only forward the contact details of the person residing outside Saarland to K8 if this person has consented to the forwarding of this personal data. Otherwise, the advertiser shall be responsible for any claims asserted by third parties against K8 Institut f\u00fcr strategische \u00c4sthetik gGmbH due to the unsolicited sending of the recommendation. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K8 Institut f\u00fcr strategische \u00c4sthetik gGmbH collects, uses and utilises the personal data of the advertiser(s) and the person residing outside Saarland only in the context of processing ticket sales under this referral programme.
